It sold for virtually nothing, but that seems to be the way these days in stock photography!
I just last night found out one of my images was used as a book cover…
I was browsing the web using a very cool tool called TinEye (you just feed it a photo and it gives you back all occurrences of that photo in their database) and found this book cover.
I am now in the process of finding out where they obtained their license as I cannot remember to have seen any payment for this yet.
and it sold already to a national newspaper in the UK (print run 500.000). Keep an eye out for me and if you have a copy of the paper it would be greatly appreciated if you send me the page or a copy.

Denali is 6 million acres so it would only fit twice into The Netherlands… or does this say more about the smallness of The Netherlands than it does about the size of Alaska (The Netherlands would fit into Alaska about 42 times).
